I need someone to fix an IPv6 connectivity issue I have (sys admin)

So for some reason (I may have misconfigured the server network), all my servers inside a parent Proxmox server are reachable via IPv4 and also can be SSHed in via IPv6 and pinged via IPv6 as well.
However, when it comes to nginx which listens on the IPv6, I am not able to get any connection - "connection refused"
I assume this is either an issue with my network config, or my nginx config.
Hopefully someone will be able to fix :)
