I need a server with mail box

I am looking for a freelancer to set up a server with a mailbox for me. The ideal candidate should have experience in server setup and maintenance. The project requires the following:

Server install smtp for unlimited sending ,and install the mailbox to receive incoming email.

The project should be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
