I need an engineer that knows the things network and how LoRa devices work

I need an engineer to help us with a LoRaWAN project in healthcare. We have a private LoRaWAN network, Elsys ELT2i devices, RAK Wireless 7258 indoor gateways, Netvox Siren R602A and ZulaFly end user software. We currently need support to understand how to write OTAA downlink to devices to re-configure them remotely, re-configure the gateway remotely to a new frequency and write some code for a downlink to the siren. We need to understand the private infrastructure better with a vision to host our own private LoRa network on AWS IoT and replace the ZulaFly software in 12 months time. We are also looking to develop our own LoRa IOT temperature devices specific for this healthcare application. I would need an engineer at a reasonable price please per hour as needed over 2 months. Thereafter, it will be negotiable for an ongoing position. We need something who has had experience with LoRA and the things industries please.
