I need a custom Linux tool to organize, re encode and test movies and series for an xstream codes based iptv system
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
the project must function as follows.
1) Grab and test media from a file system produced by sonarr, radarr ext and also from remote m3u or custom folder .
2) check file integrity, file size, video resolution, audio type using ffmpeg or similar.
3) batch Convert or re encode (depending on size of source material) files to a small size with multiple passes or copy using ffmpeg or similar. Output must be of good quality compressed 480p 720p or 1080p and retain subtitles and audio streams h264 or h265 (obviously depending on source material).
4) Must output to a filling system compatible with xui, xtream codes folder watch system, and in an organized fashion with a correct renaming scheme.
5) Must run on ubuntu 18.04 server or 20 and can be used on a hosted machine
6) must have some form of web interface for control, stats, and info.
