I need to create a load balancer for php maria db database using 2 different servers

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me create a load balancer for my MariaDB database using two different servers. I have a general idea of what I need, but I will need assistance in implementing it.

Specific requirements for the load balancer:
- we will use 2 main servers, if there is a need for switching we will use a 3rd one
- we will use an existing website in php where users can login
- the same database will be imported in both servers
- when writing data it must go into 2 databases
- If the main server is down for any reason the data must be loaded automatically from the 2nd server without the user to see it and it will continue working
- open to any idea to any solution, ideas are welcomed
- I will test it with dedicated servers or vps servers
- I can provide you access to the server to test it too after completion

What not to use: I have tried to se gallera for a while and it did not work and I had sync issues and nightmare very close of losing data?

The ideal freelancer for this job will have experience with load balancing and working with MariaDB databases. It will be great if possible of seeing a working example. They should also have a good understanding of server configurations and be able to meet the deadline of 1-2 weeks.
