need OCI8 module installed on an AWS LAMP Bitnami lightsail instance

I need to install the OCI8 module on the server AND on php.
Goal is to connect to a remote oracle database via php from my server.
I will send the selected freelancer the pem key and the ip where to log and perform every task needed.
You will provide as result: a phpinfo page where i see the OCI8 module and a txt file with everything you did in order to get this done.
I will release funds ONLY when i can replicate on the same environment what you did with perfect result.

For someone with proper knowledge of linux this shouldn't take longer than two hours, documentation is quite clear both on bitnami's page and on oracle's page, but i get an error on a header not found on dthe sdk package.
