need FFMPEG installed to my centos VPS

I need someone to install - FileInfo Required FileInfo extension for FFMPEG, and edit this file by removing exec from php area.

Picture a_shell.png shows what needs to be enabled.
Picture a_shphp shows where to remove the exec so that it will enable the FFMPEG.

Picture a_utalk shows that FFMPEG is disabled
