mysql basic housekeeping script

Need a script that will help me lock down my mysql environment that is currently running. Because it is a temp server I want to have a script to do it frequently or when I build a new one. It is presently running in a Docker Container.
Script 1 will
- Change the sa password and make it work with a “public key” or other method that you recommend.
- Add a user “read-write1” with password “read-write1” that can read and write to the db
- Add a user “read-write2” with password “read-write2” that can read and write to the db
- Add a user “readonly” with a password “readonly” that can be readonly to the ddb
This for now will run at my workstation in my user.
Script 2 will run on my local workstation that will “backup” my database and have a time stamped backup name or folder as “ejs-db-backup-yyyy-mm-dd-mm-ss”. Will run at my work station in cron under my user

ANY THOUGHTS ? Please note project is due in two hours as this projects deadline, as this is needed if we can get some done - then we can talk about next steps and 5 stars and another job also. If this is a good one and we are "successful"; would need a couple others setup, but will handle one at a time? Can you do this for something reasonable in a couple hours? thoughts ?
