mitigation DDOS in Cloud computing by using Load-balancer with Honeypot model

I need help to do this simulation of this topic.
The requirement of this project is :
1- write the methodology of the project.
2- implement ( do the simulation ) ( do a report of the implementation and the requirments and the tools)
3- Report the result and the test of the findings also a discussion about it.
The requirment tools :
1- Linusx ( i will provide a VPS with Ubunto os )
2- Load-balancer ( HAProxy )
3- Honeypot
4- IP Strasser ( DDoS attack )
5- Netflow ( to do the anaylsys and give us the reading )
The simulation steps :
1- Do the attack on the VPS without any tools and see the outcome and the impact>
2- Install the Solution then perform the Attack
3- report the result and the impact and the effective of the solution.
What i am expecting at the end of the project:
## report of three chapters :
1- methodology of the project ( include pictures )
2- Implementation ( include pictures )
3- Test result ( include pictures and tables)
