VM migration and backup

We have servers on ESXI and on Proxmox and we are seeking a migration of some VMs from ESXI to Promox and also the setup of daily backup of incremental files. We are seeking a resource with experience in both ESXI and PROXMOX and Ubuntu 20.04.
