I migrated my website to a new Host - ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I migrated my VPS with Plesk from OVH to Vultr.
The domain name remained on OVH.
I have changed all the DNS but the site still does not work.
I have successfully migrated 4 sites which works fine, but this one doesn't.
I waited 24 hours for the DNS propagations but still nothing.
On the other hand, the subdomains work well and the sites have been migrated. So it's not a DNS problem.
For example this subdomain works https://bebasket.digitalwebtunisia.com/
So I really don't understand why the subdomain is working and not the main domain.
Do you have a solution ?
