Be a mentor of Linux Administrator

Hello. I am looking for a mentor who can help me to learn linux administration. I want to start a hosting business. I need to learn setting up a dedicated server, managing it, creating VPS from it, setting up & using SolusVM Master & Slave node, possible issues and fixing, managing /25 & /26 IPv4, setting up and partitioning disk with raid, KVM Virtualization, etc., all the necessary stuffs.
I would keep him as an external technician. Looking for a well experienced person on all these stuffs.
