im looking to send sms with smtp or postfix or powermta

I am looking for a freelancer to help me set up a system to send SMS messages with SMTP, Postfix, or PowerMTA. I have an existing SMS Service Provider in mind, and plan to send BULK SMS messages through the system. If possible I would like to connect to the SMS Provider via APIs. If you are able to handle this project, let me know!
