looking for someone to make bash script for iptables

Hello everyone
i am looking for some linux expert who can write me 2 bash script to manage my iptables from mysql db
1st Script:
So that script will be like firewall.sh and i will upload this script to my debian 11 server root directory
and i will run the script like

./firewall.sh 192.168.1.1 22
and it will be add this ip with this port in the iptables as a whitelist and rest everything DROP
and also anything from my server outgoing will be open it just incoming firewall

2nd Script:
i need another script named bulkfirewall.sh and when i run this script it be take from my mysql db table all the ip and port and send them to the iptables and DROP everything
