We have a developer that has build a Video Wall based on VLC Libs, and has re-developed based on GStreamer Libs. The foundation OS is a Yocto build. The correct person would need to understand Yocto, VLC, GStreamer, and doing RTSP with Cameras. Our goal is to have two developers on the project. Deep knowledge of the camera protocols is required. Understanding ONVIF is required.
