linux write bios up date (change boot) (5 stars)

Please note I need to change the bios; not with a USB or Manual Step

Need to do this via command line is fine but script would be nice also

change1 - so that it will make the 1st boot device PXE
on the next boot it will boot off the PXE and do tasks as PXE including install a new OS
after OS install is done........

would like to change
change2 - so that it will make the 1st boot HD

Can you do this as a script ?
