install google drive on ubuntu (command line only)

we would like to access our google drive files on our ubuntu server
we need a script to enable gdrive , then we can copy file
deliverable :
1) documentation how to setup the system on ubuntu server (command line only)
2) documentation how to copy file (download) from gdrive
3) optional : documentation how to upload update gdrive files (if updating gdrive is possible)

Note : we need to be able to get latest version of the files in gdrive several time until server reboot
