help with ceph initial bootstrap

Hi I did install ceph and configured the first monitor and 2 osd
(on the same server)

and I'm having trouble adding a second server

i'm using the debian's ceph packages on debian 11

I'm looking for some couching
so please bid only if you have experience with this setup
