fix phppgadmin problem on ubuntu 22.04 LTS

i installed postgresql and phppgadmin on ubuntu 22.04 LTS
everything works but i cannot make any changes in db with phppgadmin i get error message

i already figured out that it has something to do with php 8 and phppgadmin 7.13.0
