fix issue: one github repo on ubuntu keeps asking for user name and password

HI,
I have 2 folders appletree-uat, and appletree on ubuntu server, both of them point to the same github remote repo
I have added SSH keys following the steps provided here

and it works in folder appletree-uat,
however, when I run git pull / fetch in appletree folder, it keeps prompting me for the user name and password, and after I key in the username and password, it shows error messages and say that github has stopped supporting user name /password authentication.
