I am finding CURL expert

I want to make modifications to CURL to add IPv6 extension headers (Destination Options, HBH, and others). The source and project for CURL is: https://curl.se/docs/projdocs.html

I want the code to run on Windows and Linux. We can then work with the CURL community to do other platforms. This code will be donated to the open source community. We can provide testing platforms.
