Everything works ok on the site except the email is being labeled as spam.
Server: IONOS
Email Server: perfora.net
The email is being routed to a german server which is blacklisted so the emails never arrive to the user inbox.
IONOS Support: Mostly information that is online that I already read. Sent me to a postmaster site to log a problem but not heard back.
I have been on IONOS support several times but I don't think I can find a solution from their people as I keep getting moved around.
Solution: Want to make sure my DNS entries are correct (SPF,DMARC,DKIM). Other IONOS sites let me put in DKIM and it works great. This server won't let me put in a working DKIM - the DKIM check says the DKIM is not present so I need help with that.
Lastly I need someone to help with the email server issue - maybe the solution is to go with an email service?
