error database VPS CyperPanel

Project Title: Fixing Database Error and Configuration Problems on VPS with CyberPanel
I am currently experiencing a database error on my VPS with CyberPanel. The specific issue that needs to be addressed is configuration problems with CyberPanel. I have recently made some changes or updates to both my VPS and CyberPanel.
the problem start when I install a plugiin "Clear Media for unused" and there is an option calld " delete clear DP" when I click on it the website stop and the server does not respod and all the website that connect with the VPS shows error in data base
and I get this messege
