We need a customized version of Armbian OS (Ubuntu 20 or 22) with a patched kernel to enable hardware H.264 encoding support for Allwinner H3 CPU. The Linux image should be sourced from the official website https://www.armbian.com/nanopi-neo/ or other if they support configurations for NanoPi Core. The customized image should also include support for YUYV to H.264 encoding for USB cameras.
