email receiving time delayed 40 second

i have own dedicated server on install alma Linux 8 with whm cpanel. i have used cPanel webmail service. all email configuration parameter ok, but email receiving time delayed 40 second. Want to receive time to reduce 5 second or immediately, if possible, please contact. the expert will have to do all the work through TeamViewer or any desk.
