I am in need of an experienced eBPF/XDP programmer to create an encap/decap filter for the Geneve protocol. This project requires the filter to not only extract metadata from Geneve packets but also efficiently pass this metadata to user space programs via eBPF maps. The filter should be designed for high performance, low latency, and scalability. The program should be compatible with the Linux operating system.

Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Proficiency in eBPF and XDP programming
- Experience with Geneve protocol or similar tunneling protocols
- Strong understanding of Linux operating system
- Ability to create high performance and low latency filters
- Prior experience with scalability in eBPF/XDP programs

I am looking for a skilled programmer who can create the XDP program that efficiently handle packets over the Geneve protocol.
