drivers within SONiC Operating System, also using NETCONF/YANG

I am seeking a Freelancer to develop network drivers within the SONiC Operating System (https://sonicfoundation.dev/), with a NETCONF/YANG model and applications for optical networking. The timeline for this project is two years with regular progress updates requested. All experienced Freelancers with relevant previous experience are encouraged to reply.
