ROS installation

I am needing help with debugging some issues I am having with ROS. I am trying to install ROS Noetic Linux and I am receiving an "E: Unable to fetch some archives" error message. My desired outcome is to have a successful installation. I have encountered compilation errors, runtime errors and communication errors as part of this issue.
