create reacts with nodjs express in docker -- 2

I am looking for experienced developers to create a web application using Reactjs, NodeJS and Express in Docker, with a Linux server and a MySQL database. We need to use version 12.x of Node.js. The developers will be responsible for creating a product that meets feature requirements and conforming to industry standards. We need the application to be scalable, secure and reliable.
Create POC (proof of concept) app solution withe tree parts: Client - reactjs hosted in container based on Debian image (https://hub.docker.com/_/debian) Server - nodejs express hosted in container on Debian image (https://hub.docker.com/_/debian) Db - MySQL hosted in container based on original image (https://hub.docker.com/_/mysql) Client will have two pages: Login Main page If user is not authenticated app will show the login page If user authenticate app will show the main page with the user name and logout button Server will have two methods: login, logout Db will have one: users ( for authenticate user) You delivery will be code, docker files, docker compose, db deployment using automation database distribution using liquid base (https://www.liquibase.org) Docker file will copy code, will make apt update and installation if needs (e.g. for liquidbase) Editor is VS code so I need the debug setting for that also Please notes debug is very imported I would like to debug the code inside docker and it’s part of delivery Docker compose will raise all tree containers: client port 4000, server port 4100, and MySQL standard port Client app No need special design noting to use except bootstrap css As summary I would like to have solution folder implemented all above and contain react app, server app and every one of them will have docker it’s docker file One docker compose to load all 3 containers using docker compose up ***Remember the need for debug the code in the container it major part of the delivery
