consulting on ubuntu server in esxi

I am looking for experienced consultation for my Ubuntu server in an ESXi environment. The goal of this project is to optimize server resources. Unfortunately, there are some technical issues that I am encountering, so I am looking for intermediate-level expertise to resolve these issues. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Ubuntu and ESXi servers who can provide insight into how to best optimize my server resources, diagnose any current or potential future problems, and make any necessary changes to improve server performance and enhance network security.
Using Ubuntu Server with samba for file sharing. Allotted 5TB to the server for storage but when adding files to the storage it eats up resources outside of the allotted 5TB in ESXI and runs out of storage space, when, in reality, the VM should have plenty.
