clone my mautic server to new location

I have a Mautic 4.2.1 and its on Digital Ocean Droplet, only access through ssh or ftp. I need a complete backup of my server since this ip and domain has been already warmed up for emailing I need to retain as much of the details as possible. The account where it is now I will be closing so keeping that IP address is not an option but I am open to suggestions as to how to maintain the history and I need to avoid getting spam listed because of a new IP address on the email server. The Mautic install is connected to Sendingblue and there are a few templates I need saved as well. It has also been whitelabeled with our logo and theme colors and we need to keep those settings as well. Please message me for any questions.
