clean up centos server storage

hello
my centos server now have 100% storage

[root@host ~]# df -h

/dev/loop0 3.9G 8.7M 3.7G 1% /tmp
tmpfs 3.2G 0 3.2G 0% /run/user/0

the problem is dev/md2 is 100% 440GB and i does not see it increasing
also total files does not = 440 GB in real
my server have live sites and uses cpanel

please make bid if you are expert server admin and you can fix it.
