cPanel / Linux server expert for transferring the emails

A couple of weeks ago we transferred to our new VPS the client's full cPanel backup and restored but we point only to websites because the client wants to test it how will be working. Now they decide to fully move to that VPS. Now we need to transfer the emails.
They have 285 email accounts and the total size of the emails is 13 GB.
We set Cloudflare and for now, only the emails are pointing to the old VPS. Everything else is pointing to the new VPS
We need to simple as possible to transfer (and fast) their emails
They have VPS with limited WHM options and with no root access
We need to transfer today in the evening and set everything properly so that from the night everything is working without any issue - like they haven't changed anything
we need to change the Cloudflare email record to point to the new server
We need to use the best practice for this to transfer asap the emails and point to the new VPS were ate the websites
We have full root access to the new VPS.
We need a reliable expert who can test everything, prepare everything and make this transfer without any issues for the client side.
We need to make sure that we set after the transfer spf, dmarc, rdns, and all other email elements so that their deliverability is TOP.
