aws nginx bitnami does not start

i have an ec2 instance in aws with bitnami nginx and wordpress, after wrongly installing the SSL certificate the bitnami service does not run anymore. The error is:
cannot load certificate "/opt/bitnami/nginx/conf/bitnami/certs/server.crt

So i started another ec2, working fine with the ssl now, but, i need to recover the databe from the old ec2.
