Zimbra Server - not able to upgrade - LDAP not running - Professional needed

I need a few minutes of your help.

Are you good in ZCS? I do run version 9.0, so if you are familiar, this job might be for you.

I'm trying to upgrade zimbra, as well as just start the services, but they are failing to do so. I'm having problem with LDAP, see the errors:

Error: Unable to bind to the LDAP server as the zimbra LDAP user.
This is required to upgrade.

or

Restoring existing configuration file from /opt/zimbra/.saveconfig/localconfig.xml...done

PS. I have tried the available solutions from the internet already, just need a fresh pair of eyes.
