Zabbix agent receiver

I need someone that knows the zabbix agent/server inside out. Not some hacker, but someone that knows this software very well. I will explain what I need when we chat.
I basically need to read incoming agent data from the command line, not just from the server GUI.
The incoming data from one or more agents should be sent to a mariadb DB.
This should be a very simple job for someone that knows Zabbix and could turn into ongoing work if you are able to do what I need.
