Zabbix Monitoring Setup for cPanel and DirectAdmin Servers

I have a working Zabbix 7.2 setup, and I need assistance in setting up comprehensive monitoring for a cPanel and a DirectAdmin server. The hosts are already added to Zabbix (active/passive agent).
Scope of Work:
You will be responsible for creating the following:
Items: Collect server metrics (e.g., CPU usage, memory utilization, disk usage, etc.).
Triggers: Define thresholds and alerts for important metrics based on industry best practices.
Graphs: Visualize key metrics for better analysis.
Dashboards: Create custom dashboards for an overview of server health.
Discovery Rules: Automatically detect hosts, services, or metrics on the servers.
Templates: Build reusable templates tailored for cPanel and DirectAdmin environments.
Monitoring Requirements:
Host-Level Metrics:
Ping and availability
CPU usage (load averages, CPU core utilization)
Memory (RAM usage, swap usage)
Disk (IOPS, available space, read/write operations)
Network traffic (bandwidth usage, errors, dropped packets)
Service uptime
Service-Level Metrics:
Web services (HTTP/HTTPS status, performance, and visitor statistics)
Database performance (MySQL/MariaDB, including query statistics)
Mail servers (Exim/Postfix queues, processed emails, deferred emails, etc.)
DNS server health
FTP server monitoring
Other cPanel/DirectAdmin-specific services and statistics
Backup monitoring
Security and Logs:
User login activity
Firewall rules and hit statistics
Error logs and system log monitoring
Mail log monitoring
Apache log monitoring
Deliverables:
Fully configured monitoring setup for cPanel and DirectAdmin servers.
Multiple dashboards with clear, visually appealing graphs for all key metrics and services.

Testing to ensure all alerts, dashboards, and metrics function correctly.
Required Skills:
Expertise in Zabbix (preferably v7.2).
Strong knowledge of cPanel and DirectAdmin environments.
Linux server administration (CentOS, AlmaLinux, or related distributions).
Ability to customize and create Zabbix templates for specific needs.
