Zabbix Infrastructure Monitoring Deployment

1) Deployment of INfrastructure Monitoring using ZABBIX, prometheous,...
2) ZABBIX Server will be deployed on virtual environment on Kubernates preferably, or as we have 2 Sites, ZABBIX is supposed to be in HA on Site 1, with proxy, and if site 1 is not available, Service should be available from Site 2; There will therefore be replication between site1 and site 2; Both sites have actives end points that are in production. So prefered deployment is Kubernates.
3) ZABBIX will be integrated with SIEM, ServiceNow, Datacenter DCIM, mail, Telegram or NextCloud Chat, ... in short, all the sources in the environment. Environment is Multi-tenant private cloud based on Cisco ACI Fabric and Nutanix on premise private cloud ;
4) Documentation (Solution document, HLD, LLD, Implementation docs, O&M, Handover, Acceptance Receipt docs, .... any document needed in the project)
5) Acceptance and Handover training. We will register the team admin for ZABBIX Training and Certification;
6) You will help procure ZABBIX licenses, including 3 years support.
7) Conduct 1 week onsite workshop (goal is to achieve HLD and LLD design, and produce the documentation) It could be less time.
8) Provide acceptant receipt documents and perform acceptance
9) Perform handover training
10) Perform go live
11) Implementation can be done from remote access, this will take place in 3.5 months.
