Zabbix Custome Templates for Network Monitoring

I'm in need of an expert who can create custom Zabbix templates to monitor various network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and OLTs. The templates should track a variety of metrics such as bandwidth usage, CPU and memory utilization, interface status, SFP and ONT power levels, and also include provisions for custom triggers.
