Write an administration guide for some procedures on mongo databases

Description: -------
It is necesary to write an administration guide for mongo databases working in Replicaset mode:
- Regeneration of indexes per collection maintaining the replicaset structure at the end.
- Making of backup per database in a format easy to use to move the data into another server with same config.
- Making of backup per collection in a format easy to use to move the data into another server with same config.
- Analysing the main debug messages from the script in order to prevent failures.

The freelance would prepare the document as a draft.
After each review, the freelance would correct or extend the needed points and present a new draft.
