Wordpress and Linux Server Expert -- 4

We need someone who can handle a complex Job with Wordpress and Linux Server. One of our Staff mistakenly change IP address of our Website to another Server and we lost so many files and our website lost also many images and can no longer find the database that existed before, and we could not execute a backup because the server which he transfer the IP to has no backup, but the old server has a backup.
