Wordpress Digital Ocean Droplet keeps going offline

I have a WordPress website running on a Digital Ocean Droplet on Linux. I need helping figuring out why my site keeps going down. When i run top command it seems to have a lot of apache web requests and the mysql database gets super busy until the site shuts down. This has been happening intermittently for a year. My goal is to hire someone for a reliable fix that will solve this problem or recommend something better than WordPress that I can use.

If we need to upgrade the Droplet for more resources, I'd need your help doing that too.
