WireGuard networking support link clients through WireGuard VPS to be able to Remote Desktop from outside of the network

I need networking support to setup my windows PCs to allow me to Remote Desktop (RDP) into them from outside of the network. I have setup an Ubuntu 18.04 server in a VPS which will be the host of the wireguard server.
I want the clients to all connect to this server and then we accessible to each other through Remote Desktop p protocol.
I have already launched the VPS, installed wireguard which is working fine.
The networks that the clients will be attached to are on a dynamic IP address.
