Windows boot manager replace file

Hello,

I need to resolve one specific issue --> windows boot manager.

In the attachment is a picture as an example.

There are options to choose from in windows boot manager:
Windows 7
Windows XP

Requirement:
I need to be able to replace the boot file with the boot manager option.

OUR TARGET IS

1, REMOVE WINDOWS XP option
2, automatically load, i.e., WINDOWS 7
(this is an example)

How do we replace the file?
1, We will load, for example, LIVE LINUX, i.e., UBUNTU LIVE
2, Then we will REPLACE the backup boot windows file
3, after the restart, automatically will load Windows 7

Any idea?

IT MUST BE VIA REPLACEMENT FILE! ---> NOT MANUALLY VIA WINDOWS!
