Windows and Linux bash script expert for a simple bash script for exporting MySQL databases

I need a very simple Bash script for Windows (7/10) and Linux CentOS computer. This script should export MySQL databases according to the following methos.
1. Generally there will be a lot of Databases in local Windows or Linux server. Script by default will export all databases to the desired location.
2. You have to provide an option to give input databases name, if want to skip those databases from exporting.
3. Script should have option for exporting only one database.
4. Script should have option for database import as well. While importing the Database, if the database is not present in the server, Script will create the database then import. While script create the database it should keep the previous database character encoding correctly.
5. Script should give a good progress activity for large database import and export. So user don't annoyed while working large Databases. If needed, it can create the verbose output.
