I am looking to build a website to host files for download via a simple navigable front-end.
Important Features I Need
1. A secure web server to upload the necessary files into a directory on the server.
2. A way to organize the files on the server in folders with appropriate names (renaming may be necessary), for easy access, that is.
3. A search feature on the web front-end to easily find and download files.
4. Some form of download rate limiting by IP to prevent spam/abuse
I need someone creative who understands the technical requirements of this project. Knowledge of AWS or any other cloud service is preferred. Proof of similar work done can be provided if available. Use the keyword "WEBAPP2022" in your bid/proposal to show you read the requirements.
