Website Non-Loading Issue On Server

I am currently experiencing an issue with my website not loading. The website is hosted on a dedicated server. Despite the resources provided by the dedicated server hosting, my website fails to load. As a freelancer, it's essential that you to have experience with various server software. Even though I'm unsure about the particular software currently in use, your ability to diagnose and solve problems across Apache, Nginx, and Microsoft IIS is important for this project.
