Webmaster for Woocommerce Store Retainer
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for an experienced, multidisciplinary webmaster to provide a monthly retainer service for my client: a small, family-run furniture & décor store that is aquiring online leads with its Woocommerce Store.
I’m Hernán running a one-person 360° digital agency with 7 years in operation and 25 years field experience in Marketing, Communication, and Technology.

* CMS: WordPress + WooCommerce
* Server: LEMP Stack (Nginx, FastCGI, Redis, MariaDB, PHP 8.3) via WordOps (latest)
* Plugins: Crocoblock suite
* CDN: Cloudflare Pro + Argo Smart Routing (WAF + Cache in the edge roules)
Core Responsibilities
* Performance Optimization
* Continuous site-speed audits and tuning
* Nginx, FastCGI, and Redis configuration tweaks (if really neccesary, it will be updated by Wordops)
* MariaDB query and index optimization
* Monitoring and boosting Core Web Vitals
* Advanced caching strategies (server, application, CDN)
VPS & Cloud Management
* Full administration of our managed VPS
* Preventive and corrective maintenance
* Security and system updates
* Backup, recovery planning, and disaster-recovery drills
* Resource monitoring and uptime guarantees
Lead Development & Feature Enhancements
* Customize and fine-tune Plugins (at least we will plan for it at some point and create budgets for specific projects)
* UX/UI improvements to drive conversions
* Build new features aligned with business goals
* Integrate marketing, analytics, and automation tools with fine precision (Today is mixed PYS with GTM which is not the idea, to consolidate it in PYS is one of the first goals)
Monthly Maintenance
* WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates
* Rapid troubleshooting and bug fixes
* Technical SEO enhancements
* QA/testing of all updates and new features
Essential Technical Requirements
* Proficiency with LEMP (Nginx, MariaDB, PHP 8.3+, Redis)
* Deep expertise in WordPress & WooCommerce
* Skilled on fullstack dev
* Hands-on experience with JetPlugins Crocoblock
* Full-stack VPS/cloud administration
* Performance & CDN Expertise
* Mastery of speed-optimization and Core Web Vitals
* Advanced caching (Redis, FastCGI, CDN)
* Image and asset optimization; lazy loading
* Cloudflare Pro + Argo configuration
Familiarity with Netdata, Pingdom RUM and similar tools
