WebSocket API to send from SSH

According to this webrcon script:
- Command over SSH like webrcon.sh -login -passwd -cmd
- Output musst be shown
- Sending commands over webrcon to the playRustserver ( over SSH cmd )
- Get output of informations of an command as echo or like that (using for other parts)
i used in the past an .js script but two developer cant fix the error, so i need an other solution
