We are seeking a reliable freelancer to support our web hosting company as a support representative. The ideal candidate should be an experienced Linux system administrator with a solid understanding of Plesk and Cpanel.
**Tasks:**
- Handling approximately 40 support tickets per day, primarily in German.
- Translating tickets into English for processing.
- Crafting responses in German, which can be translated into high-quality German using DeepL or ChatGPT when necessary.
**Requirements:**
- Experience as a Linux system administrator.
- Proficiency in Plesk and Cpanel.
- Fluent in German, good English skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and comprehensibly.
**Tools:**
- Utilization of DeepL or ChatGPT for translations as needed.
**Working Hours:**
- Flexible working hours, but efficient processing of daily tickets is expected.
**Compensation:**
- Payment will be on an hourly basis or per ticket, depending on the agreement.
